This update is provided as a courtesy to our ClientWhys CPE students and includes recent tax law changes that effect 2009 tax preparation and 2010 and beyond tax planning. The current economic climate has prompted Congress to extend and enact many new tax laws for 2010 and future years. More changes are expected from Congress and the Obama Administration.
